Hello! I am Theo van der Westhuizen.
I hold the vision for scrum.university. As an experienced Leadership Development and Enterprise Agile Coach, I am plowing years of experience back into the Agile community with a specific focus on developing Scrum Masters.
Starting my career a few decades ago as an Electronic Engineer, I found my real passion in Psychology and Leadership Development. Adding an MBA to the mix my career ventured into consulting on Organizational Effectiveness. Discovering Agile was love at first sight! I am currently implementing my own version of ScrumBan into the front-line Sales Teams of a Global Bank.
